LORRAINE
Founder and OwnerLorraine launched ROOM Hairdressing in 2026 with a simple vision: to create a salon where craft and connection come first. With decades of experience in the industry, Lorraine managed the TONI&GUY salon in Amsterdam before becoming a franchise partner of two successful TONI&GUY salons in the Netherlands. She has reinvented and repositioned the salons in a dynamic, independent and new direction, shaping the ethos that ROOM to grow has grown from.

We provide tailored training for every level because growth never stops: we partner with the Schwarzkopf Academy and leading hairdressers from around the world to deliver top-tier education, offer a personal budget for each employee to invest in their professional development, and provide one-to-one coaching with experienced coaches to make sure we meet individual goals.
